Cold brew lets your coffee retain delicate flavours while eliminating bitter acids and oils which are the result of brewing in high temperatures. The high-quality permanent filter guarantees clarity of your coffee.
All you need to do to brew your delicious full-bodied coffee:
- grind your favourite coffee and pour it into the filter (approx. 5g of coffee for every 100 ml of water)
- place the filter in the carafe
- pour the coffee over with cold water
- put it in the fridge for 12 - 36 hours depending on your preference
- remove the filter and enjoy the taste of delicious coffee
